PK Financial Services began as a family business on 17 March 2010, founded by Tetiana Pasichnyk and Artem Klyepcha after five years of running a sole trader practice. Their journey in the UK started in 2000 when they arrived as students. Like many new arrivals, they worked wherever opportunity appeared, building practical experience across construction, employment agencies, a cleaning company, and an estate agency. Those years shaped a hands-on approach to business, careful with people’s money, and focused on clear, simple advice.

In 2005 Tetiana left her role at Transport for London to work for herself during maternity leave. She began preparing Self Assessment tax returns for friends and contacts, many of whom worked in the construction industry where Artem had strong connections. With professional qualifications as an accountant and auditor from Ukraine, and a growing commitment to UK standards through ACCA registration, Tetiana turned a small side practice into a serious service.

By 2008 the client base had outgrown the kitchen table. We rented our first office at 125 The Grove, and hired our first two employees. One of them, Tetiana Oleksenko, is still with us today and now serves as Senior Company Manager. In September 2010 we moved to our permanent office at 49 West Ham Lane in Stratford, where we continue to welcome clients.

Word of mouth built the firm year after year. We added services, invested in systems, and kept the promise that started everything, accurate work delivered on time, explained in plain language. Today our team includes 13 people, and we support more than 4,000 regular clients who have trusted us for over a decade. We are proud to be the first Ukrainian-speaking accountancy firm in London, serving the growing Ukrainian community along with clients from across the UK.

In 2021 Tetiana passed the OISC Level 1 exam and became a licensed immigration adviser. That step allowed us to offer more help under one roof, bringing accounting and immigration support together for small businesses, families, and professionals. We collaborate closely with property advisers, mortgage advisers, and property solicitors, so clients get practical, end-to-end support without the stress of managing multiple providers.

What has not changed is our ethos. PK Financial Services remains a family business, careful with details, committed to learning, and rooted in the community.
