Tetiana Pasichnyk
Director
Tetiana graduated from Cherkasy State Technological University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit. After moving to the United Kingdom in 2000, she gained extensive experience in accountancy and business through roles at Transport for London, within the estate agencies sector, and by managing a small business.
In 2006, Tetiana established her first accountancy practice while continuing her professional development by studying for the ACCA qualification at Westminster University.
In 2010, Tetiana and Artem co-founded their company, bringing together complementary expertise in finance, accountancy, taxation and business advisory services.
In 2021, Tetiana obtained her OISC immigration licence, enabling the firm to offer clients a comprehensive suite of accountancy and immigration services under one roof.
Artem Klyepcha
Director
Artem graduated from Cherkasy National University named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyy with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He moved to London in 1999 to continue his studies in English and IT, gaining early exposure to the UK business environment.
He built his career in the construction industry, developing strong operational, project management, and problem-solving skills. During this time, he also completed a Master’s degree in Business Management, strengthening his expertise in strategy, leadership, and organisational development.
Artem later joined Tetiana in establishing their company, combining his technical, managerial, and business acumen to support the firm's growth and operational excellence. His analytical approach and focus on efficiency continue to drive innovation across the practice.
Tetiana Oleksenko
Operations Manager
Tetiana graduated from Kharkiv National Agrarian University named after V. Dokuchayev with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accountancy. She relocated to the United Kingdom in the early 2000s and has been part of the company from its inception.
She qualified as an accountant with AAT and has since become one of the key senior figures within the organisation. Tetiana serves as the principal operational lead after the directors, overseeing internal processes, staff coordination, and the delivery of high-level accountancy services.
With extensive experience handling complex matters for VIP and high-value clients, Tetiana is recognised for her strategic problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence across all areas of client service.
Tatiana Rotaru
Accountant
Originally from Moldova, she has been with the company since 2016. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from The State Agrarian University of Moldova and brings over a decade of experience, providing professional day-to-day support to the team.
She is one of our leading accountants working with some of the most complex cases.
Liudmyla Melnyk
Head of Corporate Clients Department.
Having been with the company since 2020, graduating from Ukrainian Financial Economic University. Originally working as an accountant in Ukraine, she later relocated to the UK and gained work experience in a variety of fields before starting work for the company as an Accounts Assistant.
While working at the company she has grown to a her current position, managing a team of four, with her main role being supporting limited companies with tax compliance and annual accounts preparation.
Lilia Rusu
Assistant to the Director
Originally from Moldova, holding a BS degree in Computer Science and Applied Foreign Languages at the Technical University of Moldova.
After joining the company in 2017 as Accounts Assistant, she has fufilled many duties over the years, she currently is working closely with the Director, assisting with all administrative tasks, additionally acting as Paralegal in the Immigration Department.
Iryna Farion
Accounts Assistant
Joining the company in 2024, she originally graduated from the West Ukrainian National University specialising in Management of Foreign Economic Activity. Currently, she is studying towards her AAT Level 4 qualification.
In the company, she is in charge for bookkeeping, Payroll, VAT, CIS and assisting in Annual Accounts Preparation.
Natalia Karagioz
Accounts Assistant
Have ten years of experience working for a private company in Odessa, managing finances and business operations.
Additionally, she worked for five years as the chief accountant at the Odessa Theater, gaining unique insights into financial management in the cultural sector. Since 2021, she has been with PK Financial Services, where she continues to enhance her skills in accounting and tax consulting.
Mariia Borutska
Accounts Assistant
Having graduated from the Lviv Educational-Scientific Institue of the Banking University, she joined the company in 2024 and is responsible for providing professional accounting support for corporate clients, including the preparation of PAYE, VAT, and CIS reports.

Olga Gamarnyk
Accounts Assistant
Graduated from the Vinnytsia branch of Kyiv Trade Economic University, she has had a 10 year accounting career in Ukraine.
After moving to London, she joined our company in 2025. Recently, she completed AAT Level 3 to improve on her skills and knowledge.
Nataliia Iurchevici
Office Assistant
Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, she joined the team in 2018 and hold a master’s degree in finance. She supports self-employed clients with tax-related matters, bookkeeping, and a wide range of accounting services.
She is passionate about providing exceptional support and delivering the best possible guidance to every client and is one of the happiest people on our team.
Anastasiia Stoianova
Office Assisant
As one of the latest additions to our team, she completed her Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. After joining the company in 2025, she now assists clients through customer service and provide support with accounting processes.
She focuses on clarity, efficiency, and reliability and aims to provide a positive experience for every client.

Originally from Belarus, she graduated from the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.
She joined the company in 2025, swiftly becoming a valuable addition to our accounting department.
